Below are details of the current jobs vacancies we have:
Who are you?
You’ll be starting out as a Health & Safety Adminstration Apprentice, working closely with our Operations Director and Consultants to look after health and safety and fire risk management requirements of our clients. You will be supported through a Business Administration apprenticeship initially, and go on to complete IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications with our full support throughout. You’ll need to be confident on the phone, organised, resilient, and be able to speak to clients in a positive, professional manner. This is an entry-level role, so we are happy to provide you with additional training, qualifications and experience; but you need to bring confidence, cooperation, and initiative.
Essential info:
We’re offering a pro-rata salary of £18,500 -£20,000 (based on 37.5 hours per week) per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, with full flexible working (we count the work, not the hours). We have gorgeous offices in Sandbach with great coffee and snacks, and a fantastic team. We don’t do big corporate commission schemes, but we do make you feel valued and genuinely care about your happiness. We like treating the whole team equally with bonuses and gifts when we have things to celebrate, and you will always get a day off for your birthday (but we have to have cake when you’re next in).
Due to continued expansion we are recruiting for a H&S Consultant. We’re looking for an awesome individual who loves safety and is (or wants to be) working as a Health and Safety Consultant.
Who are you?
You’re proactive, approachable, computer-savvy, and persuasive without being creepy. You enjoy doing a great job and are proud to help companies improve their workplace safety in an effective and efficient way. You are committed to continuous learning and development and appreciate being surrounded by experts who are happy to help you. You have your Nebosh General qualification (or equivalent) and some experience in health and safety (whether internally or for other companies).
How you fit in:
You’ll be working closely with our Operations Director and Consultants to look after health and safety and fire risk management requirements of our clients. You will quickly be able to take on a workload of tens of existing clients and manage their services in a positive, supportive manner. You’ll need to be confident on the phone, able to use CRM software, organised and resilient. This is a mid-level role, so we are happy to provide you with additional training, qualifications and experience; but you need to bring confidence and cooperation, working as part of a close-knit team that isn’t precious about hierarchies. I.e., you need to be as happy making a brew for the team as you are being authoritative on a high-risk building site.
